VPN maintenance tunnel per device and month after expiration of inclusive VPN support

CAR-A-WAN from IPmotion already include a remote maintenance option as part of our service assurance. We realize this with an Open-VPN-Tunnel, which allows IPmotion to interactively access the device(s) after permission by the owner and within the framework of data protection regulations and to carry out system accesses (updates, configuration changes (setup) or monitoring) within the framework of a service relationship. The tunnel requires a bandwidth of approx. 30-50 MByte (UDP tunnel) or 10 MByte (TCP tunnel) per month. For systems prior to software version 1.00.02180-292, it is recommended to add the tunnel also during the inclusive time in order to be able to service the devices in the field promptly.
