General shipping and payment conditions

The delivery of the ordered goods takes place within approx. 2-5 working days after complete payment. Should we not be able to deliver the ordered goods - e.g. due to unforeseeable high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers - we will inform you immediately about a delay caused by this.

During the first 24 hours after the order you have the possibility to inform us of your desired configuration regarding the mobile phone provider and WLAN settings to be set in advance.
The shipping costs for the insured shipment in Germany are 14.99 EUR and 19.99 EUR for shipments to the EU. Any import duties or similar charges shall be borne by you.

In the event of revocation, you shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post.

Shipping conditions for the dealer area

All prices listed on the website are final prices in Euro, which are valid when ordering via Internet and include the VAT valid at the time of ordering.
In addition to the value of goods shown here, shipping costs are incurred. The amount of shipping costs depends on the size of your order, the weight of the goods and the packaging units.
Deliveries are only possible within the EU.

Terms of payment for the dealer area

The payment of the purchase price for the ordered commodity can take place by Vorkasse, paydirekt, credit card and PayPal. For further information please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
