We exclude a return of articles, if these are damaged use traces show like e.g.:
- Adhesive pads from antennas were used (unsealed)
- Antenna cables were bent or the bending radii of the cables were undercut.
- Routersystems show damages at the housings

If you send us goods, please clearly indicate the RMA number on the package. You will usually receive this within two working days after sending this form.
